I’ve had a lifetime affair with mushrooms.. an affair I discovered studying Biology in college. For me, the magic of life lived in between animals & plants, in the incredible convergence of these 2 kingdoms.
Mushrooms are some of the most incomprehensible creatures out there… but they have the rarest configuration in food: to be one of the healthiest foods in the world (i.e carrots) but can taste better than nuggets ! What a privilege…
So, unClassic started from my conviction that Specialty Mushrooms Nuggets had to exist, I had to make mushrooms convenient enough to become ubiquitous…
